The Unilever Food Solutions App is an app for chefs that was mainly focusing on ordering UFS products. Unilever Food Solutions wanted to focus on having 1 main App and add some of the functionality of existing other apps like the Academy App, A pilot focusing on basic training for chefs. The objective was to grow the amount of users of the app and increase loyalty.
My Role
My task was to:
- Add new functionality like UFS offered in the other existing app Academy, offering professional training for chefs
- Optimize the user experience and create a new design ready to scale
- Add a new mor engaging Loyalty program foo chefs
- Perform usability testing with chefs on site, in NL and remotely, connecting to chefs globally.
